Phases of Engagement
We recommend an “al a carte” approach to our engagement phases in order to allow flexibility for contracts, schedules, and budgets. Therefore we break engagement into four phases:
- Phase One: Training, Appraisal, & Planning
- Phase Two: Software Design Objectives, Engineering Diagrams, Dev Milestones
- Phase Three: Execution of Plan & Software Development
- Phase Four: Final QC and Software Deployment, Project Review and Closure

David Duccini: Information Security Software Architect – On upcoming patents for Blockchain Technology with Wells Fargo. Also wrote his own unique crypto-currency called 2GIVE that has a market cap worth over $6 MILLION US dollars (at time of writing). Additional experience includes founding an Internet Service Provider (ISP) that acquired seven competitors before a merger and a successful exit.
David’s is the Founder/ CEO of Silicon Prairie Portal and Exchange (SPPX): a Software company that runs an Equity Crowdfunding Portal in St. Paul, Minnesota and licenses Portal software to other entities. This functions similar to website like Kickstarter, except that the Campaign Companies can issue real financial securities instead of rewards like T-shirts, and Blockchain is used to track the shareholder registries. SPPX is fully legally compliant to facilitate these types of exemptions from federal securities law.
Jade Barker: Software Project Manager and Business Analyst – Projects include the redesign of a Top-10 Application at Optum (UHG), and a Software Security Audit (SOC2 Type 2) project at Carlson Wagonlit. Jade ran her own startup for two years and is currently pursuing a technical Blockchain certification. In her previous career as an Analytical Chemist in Pharmaceuticals she wrote hundreds of analytical policies and procedures. Jade currently works directing Operations and Marketing at Silicon Prairie Portal and Exchange in addition to performing Blockchain consulting with David Duccini.
